I know to some of you this is going to sound creepy/bizarre. But today the guy I like and I were working together. He seemed to be flirting a little bit but I'm too afraid to jump to conclusions. But I noticed for the first time that he smelled sweaty. It wasn't gross to me, like it just kind of seemed like it was a nervous sweat and I got a whiff of some light B.O. It didn't bother me.
I've read multiple articles about a study that was done. The boyfriends worked out in a t-shirt and then the girlfriends were told to smell the shirts. The girlfriends were then asked to pick the sweaty shirt they thought smelled the best. They were trying to see if the girlfriends would pick the shirt of their boyfriend.
I think we've also all learned in school that pheromones are a huge part of attraction towards someone, and that comes out of your armpit sweat.
This is the first time I've ever noticed though so maybe he just forgot deodorant. But he really seemed to be flirting today. So my question is basically the title. Do guys sweat when they're around the girl they're interested in?
