guys, he noticed the detail that my shirt has on the back, touched it, and said that was nice. was not about my boobs, trust me on this one! lol

I would do that because it was probably her gigantic boobs that drew my attention. (don't read too much into that; Gigantic could mean her waist was smaller than her boobs' carriage. So she could still be a big-boned chick and I'd still comment.)

Sometimes a shirt is just an awesome shirt and its a conversation piece for the guy. There doesn't have to be a motive behind it.

i think conversation piece constitutes ulterior motive. because a simple compliment can remain just a compliment. the conversation is an addition.
