Is being a go getter attractive?

It seems like a stupid question but when nice guys look around it can be a serious one. I would consider myself a go getter but at the same time I don't have girls flocking to be with me mainly because I don't put myself out there.

Many times guys see other guys who have lots of pretty girl friends that are total deadbeats. Out of work, irresponsible, no money, but they're the ones who get ahead? Females please explain! Is it because girls think they can fix these guys?

Lets take a poll. Out of your experience, not what you think you would do but literally from experience. Have you chosen the nice guy or the doosh bag?

Honestly why is it always nice guy vs douche bag? Why so polarized? First of all you should google "Trademark nice guy" you'll find some interesting articles so I don't have to go on a rant about them. One thing these deadbeats have (idk why to be honest) is confidence (fake or real). It woos us. It's not that they're douche bags they're just confident, alpha males, they're hot and they know it, they pursue, we like being pursued by confident guys, not haing victimized nice guys crawling after us like something from the grude.

As far as deadbeats, the real catches don't fall for those. We're smart, we can differentiate between true confidence and ambition, and big egos and fake drive. Those girls are pretty desperate and I doubt you'd want them anyway.

Being a go getter is attractive, but it's not the only thing or even the main thing that matters. If you don't put yourself out there then that is the main reason why you're not getting girls.

The guys who are out of work, irresponsible, no money I bet are very social, go out a lot and flirt a lot which increases their chances of getting girls. You need to start taking a page from their book and putting yourself out there.

I would prefer to date the guy who is fun to be around, charming and sexy.

firstly, get ahead? what's so great about having lots of pretty girls around you, you could do that too if you were rich and successful. All you need is just one girl, who will amaze you and show you how lucky you are to be alive.

there are girls who like nice guys more than douche bags (its not doosh bags by the way lol), most who likes douche bags have more of a mentality to be good looking in the public's view, instead of actually finding someone who they like. sure you would even want those kinda girls?

I'm a one and only kind of guy. I don't want a plethora of females chasing me I only want one and one at a time. I just feel that girls don't appreciate it. Or if they do they have a funny way of showing it. Like it's a weakness or something that I'll only do for them. Whereas if I have a couple girls that follow me while I'm seeing one they get jealous and more positive things happen... I don't know just my experience but I do only want one and one only.

kudos for being a single minded in terms of relationships! a lot of girls are materialistic or have very weird views on relationship because of the current media, its funny to us guys because girls(not saying all of them) have the tendency to want something more earnestly when other girls want it too, its probably some kind of built in mental mechanism that helps a female to choose the best male mate.

Its super confusing, I think they get bored though which is so stupid because guys like me solve their problems and build them up while they'd rather sulk in defeat. That's just my observation

work hard, your doing the right thing here, but try not to hate, just accept them for who they are because they are the ones with self esteem issues, not you. find someone who is true to you, and if they arent, so be it and good riddance. All the best!

they might be dead beats but they are probably fun to be around, and women love to have fun. that's the key to getting women, also putting yourself out there, going out an having fun with friends or making new ones

I've chosen doosh bag, because A) I'm not looking for a relationship at all and B) They have a confidence from here to Tokio, sometimes even arrogance and to be honest that's hot, hot, hot.

that's what is expected of us guys, always has been and probably always will, I'm resentful about it often times but I know doing that won't get me anywhere, but it is easier said than done
