Fuck yeah it's attractive, and cute as hell especially when it's noticeable on a girl. Same goes for if they're bloated too, since I feel like it shows confidence (girls tend to try to hide it by sucking in), and it just looks proportional.
Also, it's just normal for girls to have, so most guys saying "no" to your question just haven't realized it due to the amount of girls who hide it out of insecurity. Most girls have a bump, so any amount of belly fat even a little is going to be protruded due to it, which is why you have the "pouch". Plus, girls are naturally way more likely to bloat and have stomach issues than men.

Yeah, another thing is most women have that "pouch" because of their uterus. Sometimes, there are extra layers of tissue on the inside of a woman's body to protect her uterus.
Commonly, young girls want to accentuate their budding breasts, so they tip their pelvis forward to thrust their front outward. This also accentuates the butt. This pelvis tip eventually becomes habit, and the girls are unaware of what is happening. The pelvis is like a bowl to cradle your inner organs. By tilting it forward, everything pours out. This is a posture problem not a weight problem.
Literally every girl I have dated had one even the skinny and fit ones, and I have always found it cute and really attractive. You have nothing to worry about and should be yourself. It's sexy as hell when girls aren't worried about showing it off too no matter their shape/size because confidence is hot. People like those who are comfortable with themselves even if they are secretly insecure lol
Don't be afraid of pooch, bloating, or having belly fat and it showing. Just be be YOU
It's a flaw - not something that's desired - but also not a major one to most guys, and rarely is a dealbreaker. Everyone has body flaws, and flaws are things that aren't desirable, but again, we all have them, and as flaws go, this one is common and not a big deal.
I don't want to find it attractive, but strangely I do. On some women anyway. When it comes to what types of body parts I find attractive, it's all about the entire package. What I find attractive on one woman I might find unattractive on another.
