Why do guys always do this sarcastic scuff/ laugh when they ask me a question?

I always notice when a guy asks me a question they alway do this sarcastic scuff/ laugh.

They don't ask me like rude stuff it's just 'oh what do I do, where do I work' just dumb small talk bull crap but it makes me feel really awkward and it's starting to make me stop talking to guy. Basically I'm asking would guys do that weird scuff laugh if he's trying to belittle me (iv even noticed guys that I work with sometimes say really sarcastic things like that to me and dido that shitty scuff thing
