What does it mean when a guy salutes a girl?

I'm pretty observant when it comes to gestures and stuff and I just noticed he greets me differently from any other peeps. I never caught him saluting to any of his acquaintances.

He always greet me with open wide smile, says hi with my name on it, eye brows up, whenever he sees me or pass by, in any given circumstances, and sometimes he even touches me in my right shoulder with his left hand.

I would salute large perky breasts
or gals that seem to boss other around... even in a nice way to tease them
or teacher types for fun

He may have some mental issues or still working on his humor
