Is my boss in love with me? He acts strange all the time?

He is my boss and is acting respectfully and is kinda nice. But I always have a feeling that he is into me and that he likes me much. He likes to talk with me about topics I like, protects me, acts nice, winks at me and smiles when he sees me in the hall, he put me in very important positions very very soon (even if I am a responsible person, but that is kinda too soon). One day it happened that we attended the same party and he was with his wife and children. I caught him looking a couple of times. I was with my niece and he asked me: "Who's child is that?" And today he started talking that he wants to have another child with his wife in order to use a holiday. Sometimes it looks like he is into me and the other day he talks about his wife getting pregnant. I mean- I admire him and love him as a person. I really wouldn't like any relationship with him. Cause relationship would ruin everything between us. But Id like to know where I stand with him in order to manage things and get him on the right track.

Why would it be love? It's being nice and friendly.
My secretary and me will have personal talk too, about her husband and daughters, me about my wife and our son ; she visited me when I was in the clinic, I dropped by at her home with some flowers when her abusive husband (now ex) broke her two ribs. When she had to leave early, her youngest daughter would come to the office and I'd tell the kid to do her homework there while I'm catching up with work after hours. I don't like her body and her mentality in life, but I'd never say her that.
We never were in love. We both know nothing will happen between us.
(and yes, I did some baby sitting for the manager's kids too some days I was doing overtime :) )
Just being nice towards each other makes life so much simpler.
