I miss my crush so much. I worked with her but now I don't. She's older than me and never knew how she felt about me, it really pains not seeing her everyday. I really don't know what to do.

I do yes, but I can't bring myself to contact her, Probably because I'm afraid she wouldn't want to hear from me.

Yeah I know but as she was a superior some reason I think it's wrong, is it? Plus she 7 years older than me so I think why would she want to go out with me

Hey! I text her a friendly text asking if she's ok, she text back a day later telling me what she'd been up to and asked how I was. I replied, and ended the text with an open ended jokey question, she hasn't replied :( should I assume she not bothered

was it question you think she should have replied back to? If not she might have just thought you were just sending her a joke and that was it not needing a reply. How long since you sent the joke? if just a day give her a day. She probably thinks you just want to have a general discussion, try sending her a text again after a couple days and tell her you really liked working with her and would love to talk and text her again.

It was a week ago now, I wrote it with the intention of getting a reply. Maybe she does think I want to have a general discussion, would you not text your crush if you thought he wasn't into you? I don't know what to do for the best now, I know she has a fairly big event coming up which I think she is probably pre occupied with that.
