Guys do you get flustered easily when a woman touches your chest, even if it's not intentionally romantic?

I was asked to help this guy with a speech of his, and it required me pushing his chest so that he could demonstrate how to figure how to establish a goofy foot when surfing. After i sat back down in my seat I noticed his breathing had changed and his words became a little jumbled. Im really interested in this guy and I just wanted to know does physical touch have as big of an impact as we think it does even when we are not trying to be romantic?

However, if he has a thing for you to begin with then being touched anywhere might effect him because of the feelings he already had.

see i always thought it was a considered an "intimate" gesture, which to be honest when he was standing there expecting me to push his chest I was kinda thrown...took me by surprise.

awe thats really sweet. I hear ya. which Is why I was a little taken off guard when I touched his chest, to me thats a really intimate gesture, one thats technically reserved for my boyfriend or husband.

I don't know I guess I'd be a tad shocked if she did it for no reason but that's about it I kind of have a no touch rule If I ain't dating you. I have a tendency to react to certain moments due to my martial arts training being burned into my mind and made into muscle memory. So unless I am comfortable around you and it is ok for you to do that things could happen.

I think touch is very powerful, and if there's some chemistry between you 2 all the more so. But it wouldn't be being "flustered," as much as just having good sensory signals sent to his brain (and groin). LOL

honestly the ice is slowly breaking between us, he jut recently started walking near/beside me, but yet he clams up, but can speak to everyone else around us. Guess Im going to have to be a bit more bold, I don't think I'll be touching his chest again though, because like another guy said below that kinda touch should be reserved for his girl, and i don't want to push boundaries.

yeah well it was part of the speech and he had asked me to in order to demonstrate the technique for surfing. Honestly it threw me off, because I thought he was expecting me to push his back, because I know touching a guys chest can be a very intimate gesture, and I usually consider myself really reserved with stuff like that.
