Bannacookies' Low Carb Sugar Free Cookies Recipe 🍪

These cookies are used with almond flour which is great, because it makes it low in carbohydrates:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut oil
(I used liquid sucralose, which means 20 drops of it. You could also use monk fruit. It's a great alternative for not using sugar, but if you wish to use sugar, it'd 3/4 cup, same if you use the monk fruit)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups blanched almond flour
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

I put it in the oven for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Heres how they turned out!
Here's how they turned out!

Let me know how they turned out if you make them! Pictures welcome! 🍪

Note: Almond flour bakes faster than your usual baking flour, so watch it!

Hey these are gluten free also. My dad would love these. Im writing this recipe down for my sister too. She can't eat gluten either. Here is a thought for GAG a way to save your favorite mytakes so you can come back to them whenever you want. 😁
    Is this still revelant?

Imma steal that recipe. Your cookies look yummy😋

What substitutes can you use for the almond flour and sucralose and how much?
    • bannacookies

You can use all purpose baking flour or rice flour if you'd like. If you're going to use sugar instead of sucralose, you'd use 3/4 cup sugar. Monk fruit you'd use 3/4 cup too. If you use the liquid stevia, you'd use only about 10-15 drops of it. It's more powerful than the sucralose.
