They may be out of corn on the cob, but remember you can always use canned corn and it's kind of the same. But for me I would probably just get broccoli and eggplant. I normally just us adobo to me the vegetables taste better.
I'm leery of corn since almost all of it is GMO. I love it, though, when I can find organic.
With ribs, I'd go with, thick French fries (I like to dip them in BBQ sauce) or baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives, BBQ baked beans, and/or creamy cole slaw.

I'm Keto. Just give me a triple portion of ribs and a salad. No excess carbs, just leafies and cucumber.
If no frozen corn on the cob then perhaps a nice homemade salad with tomato, onion , carrots, raddish, olives , bell pepper, hard boiled egg, mixed greens lettuce and such

I'm not a big corn-on-the-cob type person. I like some veggies and either garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato, fries, or homemade mac & cheese.
Gotta have a beer with ribs too...
