They may be out of corn on the cob, but remember you can always use canned corn and it's kind of the same. But for me I would probably just get broccoli and eggplant. I normally just us adobo to me the vegetables taste better.

I'm leery of corn since almost all of it is GMO. I love it, though, when I can find organic.

With ribs, I'd go with, thick French fries (I like to dip them in BBQ sauce) or baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives, BBQ baked beans, and/or creamy cole slaw.
