Why can't they make alcoholic drinks potent but remove the effects of vomiting, nausea, and liver damage?

I hate alcohol but I love the effects of being drunk, a year or two before I discovered marijuana I made my own guava wine and added so much sugar to block the butter taste of alcohol, that only increased the alcohol content and got me easily drunk, it still had a mildly bitter taste but tasted like guava wine nonetheless. I wish there was an alcoholic drink or make alcohol so it doesn't cause liver damage, nausea, vomiting, or age your skin faster or cause weight gain in men.

With magic mushroom tea it's a psychedelic drink that doesn't make you vomit, doesn't cause you to age faster, or damage your liver, why can't they make alcohol like this? If they made alcohol taste good and potent and no health hazards I'd drink like a Russian every day and be a happy degenerate drunkard.
