Which do you prefer best when it comes to picking out food

Farmers market but here its only once a week and if I want fresh food I go to a grocerie store that focused on regional and organic food.

I’ve grown up in a country where there are markets everywhere. Negotiating with the vendors, and choosing farm fresh veggies and fruits is what I’ll always like.
