I like roasted lamb skewers and scallop tapas with mayonnaise on top of bread. It’s not a common food, I’ve never seen scallop tapas on the streets outside Spain and I only see lamb skewers for sale in Asian communities. I also like this pastry that tastes like a sweetened waffle cone but is shaped like a tiny egg and soft like bread, would always buy it when visiting Toronto as a kid.

I like stuff that's easy to eat outside. I've never understood why trucks sell stuff like noodles.
I go for dryish food I can pick up like chips, pasties, pizza, etc

Tacos/burrito/churros, souvlaki, gyros (American version, really- actual gyros in Athens, Greece were more likely to be chicken with a cucumber/mustard sauce), Vienna "Chicago Dog" (about the only useful thing left from that city).
