"Tests" such as this inevitably are consumed with the biases of the test's creator. Nutrition is an area where people have extreme biases, so their opinions are not helpful. I have tried to follow a low carb diet for most of the past 20 years. I am 68 years old, don't have hih blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease, still work full-time, I'm active, and not slowing down. It looks like I'm doing something right so I don't need to take a test.

Fruit feels like the easiest to eat lol. Doesn’t have to be prepared much either.

My food disgust is average: 51.63%
No disgust on fruits, as I’m vegan, going fruitarian.
Vegetables is a little over one bar.
Insects and human contamination are both a little over two bars.
Mould is ~2.75.
Hygiene is a little over three.
Fish is four and animals is full, as I eat completely no animals.
