Looks decorative. Very detailed and far from plain. You are quite good at that. One day you should put a cook book together for cakes. Dawn Wells from Gilligan's Island wrote a cook book for deserted island recipes and called it the Gilligan's Island cook book, and it is really popular. Themed cook books usually do well anyway though.
I like how the purple roses circle around the cake, and the hearts. Purple roses were always one of my favorite roses, besides white. The purple roses and hearts make the butterfly in the middle stand out. Your co-worker will love it!

the red circle under the butterfly is very distracting and like it shouldn't be there. it doesn't fit. it's a little ominous too. what is it?
besides that, everything else looks great. looks like a spring cake. i wish the bumble bees were more noticeable tho. should have put those on top of the cake also with the butterfly
not quite sure what those pink things are. are they bows or more butterflies? i don't feel like those fit either
