Do you like a good stuffing and in which hole?

There's nothing better than cramming a fat sausage or two up your back hole but a lot of people like to shove an onion up there. Others say you should only stuff the neck end while many argue it's unsafe to do either because it restricts heat flow.

So where do you stand on stuffing? Inside or out and is it only for Christmas or do you stuff your bird all year round?

I have found that stuffing a bird with sausage isn’t only a Christmas treat.
Though, if I don’t have time to fully stuff the bird. I will just stuff my sausage in the neck. But when I have the time. I prefer to stuff my sausage in both ends of the bird. Which gives more flavor and enjoyment for the taste buds!

Preferably all my holes get stuffed at once, but I'll settle for one at a time, as long as at least two get a good stuffing each time. I'm lucky enough to have a regular supply of thick sausage for stuffing atm, so I'm definitely not waiting till Christmas. 😋

We usually stuff our turkey on Thanksgiving. We do stuffing inside the bird then outside of the bird.

A good sausage stuffing is welcome all year round for a tasty bird. Personally I prefer to shove an onion in then follow through down the neck and pump that cavity until it can't take any more of my delicious meat...
