I am a big fan of a cold glass of milk. I still drink it everyday ever since I was a young girl.
When I was growing up they used to say if you drink milk you won't get cavities.
My sister never drank milk, but always drank water.
Guess which one of us ended up with a month full of cavities - ME!

I can't stand the taste nor smell of milk. Im not lactose or anything. But i stopped drinking milk around age 3 or 4. If its mixed in with food or something I’ll tolerate it as long as i dont watch the food being made

  @Orangekiss i enjoyed milk up until the age of 3 or 4 but no i was not breastfeed. Most people i know here in my town were all on formula as well

For the benefit of any Americans reading MILK does not stand for Mothers I'd Like to Kill/Kiss.

I tend to only have milk in tea/coffee or as a baking ingredient. It's rare I drink a glass so I get my calcium from ice cream just to be safe.
