to scrambled eggs? fresh eggs first of all...
could add sliced jalapeños, or serrano... for a bit more of spicy flavor
finely chopped and sautéed onions first... then add the finely chopped fresh tomato as well... salt adjusted to everyone's taste, of course
homemade tortillas are a must have too, and for those who can't get enough heat... salsa verde always waiting on the side @7Phoenix7So many different variations. Allways salt. To name my top three:
- You can go for basil, tomatos, onions
- Its can also work well with turmeric or curry in general.
- Cheese either Mozzarella or parmagiano both work well but totally different from each other

salt, pepper, scallions, grated cheddar, and a little hot sauce
I like to add hot salsa, tabasco, and mustard to it.
Basic - salt & pepper. I got seriously turned off having anything in my scrambled eggs when I lived in the US for 10 years where they'll add just about anything!
Homemade fire roasted habanero and Serrano hot sauce (which also contains roasted garlic and onion, seasoned salt, and vinegar)
Salt, pepper, and cheese
