Which is worse gluten or high fructose corn syrup?

I know how much ya hate AI coach, but some of these facts I got from AI.
After doing minimal research using Google and ChatGPT, I'm gonna say high fructose corn syrup.
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye, which is natural. For people that have celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergies, consuming gluten can lead to various health issues including digestive problems, fatigue, and nutrients deficiencies. However, for the majority of people who don't have these conditions, gluten is not at all harmful.
Then there's high frustose corn syrup. It's made through an artificial process to start. It's commonly used in processed foods and beverages. Excessive consumption of HFCS has been linked to obesity, insulin resistance, and other health issues. But moderate consumption within a balanced diet is generally not harmful.
So just from out of those 2 descriptions I take 2 points. First, HFCS is likely the worse of the 2 as it's artificial and causes health issues. And secondly... everything in moderation.
High Fructose Corn Snot.
lol.
People managed to eat high-gluten diets for thousands of years without problems and now everyone wants a day of work because they ate a piece of toast.
True but we might surmise whatever we ate back then is not the same as what we eat now. eg, look at the ingredients in bread, it's not just wheat and yeast. They added a bunch of vitamins and minerals some years ago because they acknowledged it was pretty much dead food. Therefore it is super processed. Plus there's all the pesticides which are unlikely to leave our health scott free. And the grains themselves I presume are hybridised and likely GM these days. Just some potential ideas.
The profit motive is corruptive.
Probably high fructose corn syrup, as it can be in anything. I don't think gluten is all that bad.

Are you kidding? Gluten is a natural protein in grains, corn fructose is artificially synthesized sugar from corn starch.
Neither..
One is only harmful if you eat a lot of it or if you're diabetic, one is only harmful if you have celiac disease.
The one that is more of a joke though is gluten.. Gluten free is a trend nothing more, unless you have celiac disease that is.
High fructose corn syrup is much worse. The whole 'gluten free' craze is largely just a fad, in my opinion.
Gluten is just a normal part of everyday human diet and only bad for allergic people. HFCS is another disgusting gift from the ever-scheming food industry to cheaply poison their customers.
I would think the High Fructose Corn Syrup is worse. That's basically just highly processed sugar, right? So it makes you fat and chemically dependent.
Gluten kinda just glues your intestines up and makes you sleepy.
Definitely high fructose corn syrup. Gluten really is fine for most people. Corn syrup is a major contributor to obesity and health problems in general.
Fructose is a very high dose of sugar, but people can die from gluten if they have a wheat intolerance. Either one can be deadly depending on the amounts and well.. person really!
I’m certain high fructose corn syrup is basically sweet death in a bottle.
I've never heard of gluten being bad unless your allergic. High fructose corn syrup on the other hand is prevalent in food you know is bad anyways.
Corn syrup, pretty much certain the stuff is nearly illegal here in Europe
HFCS is worse, gluten is only bad if you have celiac disease or an allergy to it.
Unless one has a gluten sensitivity, HFCS is worse.
High fructose I think
Probably the high fructose corn syrup
Pepsi is worst...
high fructose is bad news
The corn syrup
isn't one not used during holy months?
HFCS
Depends on genetics
