I'm lactose interant ever since my very early years, I can't eat Mac and Cheese from boxes, can't eat shellfish nor spicy things. These are the reaction I'll get if I eat them:
It can range from excessive coughing to rashes, sore throat, diarrhea to a fever of 100.4 F or higher. Yet many people eat those foods and drink regular milk but don't have those reactions I do. Why are some of us intolerant since our infant years to certain meals?
