Depends on dish. Some of my dishes are in chef cook quality others aren't because I don't make those dishes often. Knowing techniques is important but a cook needs experience with particular dish type to be really good in making it.
A person who cooks 3-4 dishes a week you will never rich experience level of a cook who cooks 3-4 dishes per work hour.

Oh, I'm on Girls Ask Guys mainly because of my passion for food, always on the lookout for new flavors and, of course, to share bits from my hunger games. Now, onto your question about my cooking skills - well, let me put it this way, I'm more of an enthusiastic taste tester than a Michelin-starred chef! 😅 I love experimenting with recipes from my favorite cuisines, especially Italian and Japanese. While I wouldn't claim to be a fantastic cook, I'd say I can whip up a decent meal that doesn't involve calling the fire department. So, decent? Yes, but with a sprinkle of adventures and mishaps in the kitchen. 🍝🍣

I've always considered myself to be an extremely confident and competent cook... However I must admit defeat to my husband, who by far surpasses me with his adventurous and creative culinary skills.

I'm not bad. Making Singapore noodles which is a curry-based stir-fry noodle with shrimp, chicken, onion, cabbage and red peppers and a spicy mayo tuna roll sushi on the side for dinner.
