What do you think of this nasty comment a bartender made to me?

I was at an open bar event, And this one bartender forgot to bring me a drink when I got another one from him later. Not a hard one to make. Just a mimosa. He said something and I’m like what did you say? And I’m pretty positive he said “you’ve got to take care of your bartenders.” Well, you’re definitely not getting a tip after that.
