I started going to parties when I was 16 in high school when I was 16. Got really drunk quite a few times, often on really horrible shit like Spañada and Boons Farm, sometimes on beer or vodka.

As a stupid kid, I thought the whole point in drinking was to get drunk.

Once my friends and I turned 21, we would have kegger parties.

I eventually realized that getting drunk, barfing my guts out and having terrible hangovers wasn't fun.

I developed a life-long hatred for vodka. I was never a huge fan of beer. And because the horrible shit that passed for wine that I had gotten sick on, the very smell of wine turned my stomach for years.

Over time, though, I discovered tasty cocktails and slowly started learning about good quality wine.

I do enjoy alcoholic beverages on occasion, but I never became a boozer.

I don't drink like that... but I've tried almost all kinds of alcohol before even if just a little bit...

for example, the first time I tried a beer, I think I was 9 years old... lol, and it was just a little sip from a very warm beer, so of course, it was awful...

then I tried some champagne and some red wine over my teen years, and again... just sips, during weddings, celebrations and stuff like that...

in Mexico, drinking age is 18... but is 21 for the USA... so I was around 20's when I did try some of all other kinds of alcohol and drinks, and again... I would only try them a bit, but I've never been an alcohol drinker by habit or fun, I just rather go without

some red wines can be great though, with certain meals, but that I do it once in a blue moon

I had my first alcoholic drink when I was 14 from my uncle. The legal drinking age where I grew up is 18 but I would attend high school parties since the age of 15 and have a few drinks. The cops didn’t really mind as long as no one was drinking and driving. Drinking and driving did happen but I was responsible enough to not get into a vehicle with a drunk driver and same with a lot of my friends not would I drink and drive.

I remember it was Jim Beam lol. And it was mixed in coca cola. We were chillin on his bed watching a funny show. And after that first shot, I was laughing at every joke haha...

It ended with us having a great time together 😅.

My father used to give me a shotglass of his beer when I was 5. He almost always had a beer when he got home from work. I didn't have anything else until 16, when a bunch of us high school boys went to this bar that allowed underage drinking of the weakest beer possible. The police looked the other way, thinking it was better than us doing drugs.

14 a small amount with friends mainly because it was a thing to do. Never really enjoyed the taste. I guess I had maybe a six pack from 14 to 17. A month after I tuned 17 was in a freak home accident that left me in the hospital for almost six months.

Probably immediately after I was born. Mom put me up to her tits and I just started drinking! But, I'm not sure. I don't remember. I was pretty young, then. Too bad she didn't have root beer coming out of those things! I would've stayed there as long as possible!!

Twelve years old. Drugs and sex were early too. Besides the sex, I wish I never started but I put drugs behind me at 20 and now alcohol is long behind me as well. I was never an addict or alcoholic but I had enough, especially alcohol.

Probably around 10 years old I was sneaking beers and cigarettes. By the age of 15 I had my drivers license and if you acted like you knew what you were doing the liquor store would sell you alcohol.
