If you see the "duck" diet, it makes a lot of sense

Low in sugar, high in unprocessed foods, protein. They eat their own as well.. chicken, duck... all good with them. Fish... fresh... like Sushi

You could say that. However my diet is far more wide fetching than what ducks eat.

As you remember, I ditched ~90% of the supermarket crap and opt for raw foods (rice, noodles, raw vegetables and fruits) or lightly processed or pre-prepared foods (e. g. raw marinaded beef steak, bun and patty with sauce for burgers, frozen sweet potato fries, frozen vegetables or fruits, milk that's lasting for 7 days in the fridge, 90% dark chocolate).

Can't really ditch cheese though. Finding a farmers market isn't as easy. On some occasions i picked up on raw pork ribs and i marinaded them for a short while and baked them along with fresh potato wedges and vegetables. Yummy.

very healthy. only questionable items are the frozen fries, ut that's not that bad relative to what most eat around here.

Do you know what "processed" food is? It's food that's been altered from its natural state. "Unprocessed" food has, therefore, not been cooked. If you're thinking that's okay, since it leaves you plenty of produce, you're not wrong- but it's also not been WASHED.

You're welcome to try, but I wouldn't expect to live very long.

not sure about washed. ducks can eat washed raw food. just not like pasta and cookies and such.
