Is it weird that I like to collect hot sauces?

I believe the term is hot sauce officianfo. This is my current collection, and this doesn't include all the ones I got from fast food restaurants.

Especially if it's from another country, I like to buy it and try it.

Here are a few other ones I've had that were really tasty

I use them for scrambled eggs, burritos, chicken/pork and for gumbo.

If anyone knows any tasty hot sauce, especially from other countries, send them my way and I will get them next time. I want to use the ones I have first.

I honestly probably shouldn't even be eating them, but they're so tasty

I know. I know. I really shouldn't be eating acidic/spicy stuff, especially after I had a kidney stone. But I can't help myself. I almost cried when the doctor told me to cut down on it 😂

Yeah, it's the processed food that's unhealthy. But so much stuff here is processed. But natural foods that are acidic give me heartburn too. My mom homemade some before, but it's such a tedious process. And I like trying different ones.

But yeah, last time I went shopping I didn't buy any processed food. I only have the ones I have left, so I don't know what I'm gonna eat for breakfast now XD

by the way, ignore this girl MK1997, and don't take anything she says to you personally. She does this to everyone. She asks questions about middle aged women having sex and relationships with teenage boys, and no matter what opinion you give her, she'll say something to make you look bad. I'm not into hot sauces but, besides bottles of original Tabasco, we also keep bottles of Lola's, Frank's Red Hot and Carolina Reaper in our kitchens.

Kinda but, I used to know a guy that collected his own blackhead. He had quite a huge jar of them, too! He even named every one of them.
