Favorite foods to have after a fast?

Some of my favorite foods to eat after a fast are salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, steak, and caldo de rez.

I don't fast. I would recommend a heavy protein shake to get your body back in order as fasting is traumatizing for a body

I've actually never done it I just think about not having food I know people do it for religious reasons or for cleansing I haven't gotten there yet maybe one day I'll try it

Depends how long I was fasting. I did ten days fairly regularly a few years ago. Bread and milk with honey is a good way to ease back into food, but once things settle down, steak is my go-to.

I usually go for oatmeal when I break my involuntarily fasting - since breakfast seems to be the time I remember eating best.

For some reason I crave beef after fasting.

So steak, beef tacos, a burger are things I crave afterwards.
