What's your favorite Mexican drink?

I have only tried one drink that I was told is specifically Mexican and it was a piece of red sweetened candy on a paper stick inside a cocktail drink that also had some candy remnants lining the rim and insides of the glass, along with moderate level spices catering to the immediate top rim of the glass.

The ingredients tasted good alone, but combined together, I thought it was too extreme, and probably also unhealthy due to its artificial and heavily processed nature.

I know all alcoholic drinks are processed, but you have different degrees, levels and layers of processing, with some drinks made by normal processing stages while other drinks are processed over three dozen times before they land on your dinner table.
