I like cheesy bread, but i usually only eat it right before i go camping. That way i know i won’t have to poop in the woods like a savage.
Also… that’s a new usage of “knock me up”. Are you having a laugh? Or is that a common usage for that term?
It's common usage
I would like to make the bread
You must still have some dairy cows. Most the cheese here is man made out of chemicals that have no cheese in it whatsoever.
Even the well known pizza places have fake cheese on there pizzas
Tons of dairy cows here.
I think it would be wise to buy some property. Grow your own food. Get a couple of dairy cows, some beef cows and pigs chickens.\nOut in the middle of nowhere , because. The truth is coming out about foods and how they are made and what they're using to make it with its disgusting , the one way everybody is sick or has some thing wrong with them.
I think, as you get older. Use, stop playing in the dirt.\n And our body is lacking minerals, I\n Feel sorry for kids nowadays. They are so unhealthy right now. Even though they think they're healthy.
We all need more dirt and go barefooted. ground out on the surface of the planet
Have to try that! Does the seaweed fit good? I would have never thought about that.
I have done things that go into a similar direction but this sounds super interesting.
Works very well. If you can't get laverbread just use sushi nori sheets.
Remove seaweed add bacon, onions, basil. Anyway I think cheese is the star of this dish
Plus points for super clean baking oven grate
That sounds like a seriously cozy supper 😋
Tiger bread for that crackly crust, laverbread for a deep, briny, almost umami sea note, then garlic and herb cheddar melted until bubbling… that’s a flavor bomb. Reminds me of a seaweed and cheese toast I had in Tokyo, simple but unforgettable. Yours sounds easily pub‑worthy comfort food.

Excellent good job I never heard of tiger bread before the cheese looks great I would like to try. It
Tiger bread has a sesame paste spread on it before baking. As the dough rises it splits into a Tiger skin pattern
@purplepoppy Purple, I have to tell you, you make some interesting food choices! Not that it doesn't sound and look good, but it would probably lay on my stomach like a lead cannon ball!
I'm sure it's really good but I just think it's funny how you said, you knocked yourself up one! 🤣 Yes, I'm easily amused.
sounds delicious although a potential nightmare for my stomach as some cheeses activate my casein allergy found in dairy proteins
Yummy.. maybe add a touch of honey.. cheeses toasted brioche with just a hint of honey taste harmonious together
Don't knock yourself up, lol. What the hell is Tiger or Laverbread? Sorry, American here.
Tiger bread has a sesame paste spread on it before baking. As the dough rises it splits into a Tiger skin pattern. Laverbread is seaweed puree
Tigerbread sounds good!
I will be in UK after few months for my undergraduate. I am saving your recipes!
The WHO needs to do a humanitarian emergency intervention to correct UK eating habits.
I so wish you could knock one up for me @purplepoppy
They look delicious !
@pierre7i Is that a euphemism?
May be it's a Canadian thing but? I think it may need bacon.
You lost me completely at "seaweed". I'm a carnivore. Plants are what food eats.
It's the worst thing I've seen since changing my kids nappy. Cheese is evil
100% awesome,,,
I am confused!!
Ugh, I hate cheese.

You sure put two in the oven..
We all need to taste it.
Terrific!
