Is anyone actually going out on St Patrick's Day when it falls on a Tuesday?

its on a Tuesday this year which isn't really a great night as its mid week not on a weekend , i might check out this pub downtown but being a small city i doubt its going to be that exciting and i usually don't drink much either.

some of the bars seem to be promoting fri/sat nights more online from what i saw , was a lot of stuff going on this weekend instead of the actual day ( Tuesday )

today is the big day although think most went out on weekend instead , might go to a local pub this afternoon briefly to check it out but not staying the night

Yep. There are probably campus events on the weekend but not on St Patrick’s Day. Classes per usual.

no students go to class the day after st patricks day , campus will be like empty , everyone will be in bed hung over

i get that feeling , was going to go out Friday but weather too bad to drive to the city i had planned to go to for the weekend but plan to go out tonight instead at some different bars closer to home which may or may not be interesting

my hometown is like insanely quiet during the winter so would pretty much have to go somewhere else to party on st patricks day/weekend, is no one here for winter and some bars don't even re open till may
