I moved to a country that eats the entire animal and I usually don't ask what I'm eating but I've had chicken and pig feet, intestines, brains, necks, etc but my wife came home with a dish called Soup Number 5 which is made up of a male pigs penis and testicles. My wife knows me well enough that I wasn't putting that in my mouth but she enjoyed it.

Neck of lamb is common in the UK but I can't recall seeing neck of beef but no doubt it exists.
