Normally, I start off good. I'll pop it in my mouth and suck gently while rolling it around and caressing it with my tongue to extract its sweetness. But sooner or later, the teeth come into play, and I find myself crunching away and disappointed it never lasted as long as I hoped.

So how do you suck on a hard one?

Nice simple question. Both on the table, you get first choice.

It's one of these two leafy super greens here. Which one do you like better? I personally prefer spinach because it goes good with a lot of things.

Jars of pickled cockles or mussels are a common site, and some people prefer them to fresh or frozen. Personally I think all you can taste is the vinegar and I prefer them still tight in their shells.
