So when it comes down to it, women who like the dad bod do so because of their own insecurities. They would rather settle for a bitch made guy who's not good at anything and is mediocre at everything who make them feel less insecure and will give them all the power in the relationship. And for those that argue about how hot celebrities with "dad bods" are -- THEY ARE CELEBRITIES. These are typically multimillion dollar talented actors. You're not attracted to their body. You're attracted to wealth and status with a pretty face.

So whats the next trend? The Mom Bod, where women have an extra 20 pounds around their waist, stretch marks, and saggy tits?

It would be counted productive if I were trying to achieve a toned, well built body, but I wasn't. I agree that a dad bod isn't somethig to be proud of, but it's not the scourge of the earth lol.

Which is why I've changed my diet to one with less sugar, less red meat, and no fast food, and run like once a week early in the mornings so that I at least don't let myself go any further. I really just don't see it as a big deal though, it's not on the top of my priorities, and it's certainly not a factor in whether I enjoy my life or not.
