As usual, I write this for my fellow men on GaG who are left confused by what women say they don't care about versus what can actually blow you out of the game either in dating or in just hooking up. Men, be forwarned about these five things that women for some reason have a hard time admitting to being affected by

Does he make enough money?

More important with relationships maybe? But the quality of your lifestyle versus how much you actually make is very important to many of them. in other words, having money might not help you, but having money problems will certainly hurt you. Women not only judge a man who can't afford to take them to dinner because he blew half his paycheck on PS4 games, but can be less attracted to them for this reason as well and start considering guys who have their money game together better.

Is he gonna' be a hookup?

Girls for some reason don't like to admit they have a raw, animalistic need for sex that when single goes unfullfilled lest they get it on with a lover with no strings. This makes more sense since presentation counts for everything with a guy and no one wants to hear their girl slept with 3 or 4 guys she met at parties before meeting him. For this reason, a girl will lie to you about her desire to have sex with you at times. If a girl is driving a long way to see you for instance there's a good chance she wants sex. Now, because I've gotten yelled at for this before let me say: THIS IS IN NO WAY SUGGESTING THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND SEX FROM A GIRL JUST BECAUSE SHE DROVE A LONG WAY TO SEE YOU. IT'S ONLY MEANT AS A GUIDEPOST TO TELL HER WHERE HER HEAD'S AT. KIND OF LIKE IF A GUY BRINGS A GIRL ROSES BEFORE EVERY DATE IT CAN SERVE AS A GUIDEPOST THAT MAYBE HE'S SERIOUS.

Does he come from a broken home?

This can hurt you in terms of a relationship. I feel like some ahole did a study that showed guys who come from broken homes/divorced parents are less stable than guys who come from two person households with parents still married. Luckily, I'm the latter, but I've heard this theory touted dozesns of times.

Is he brave enough to defend me?

The most uncomfortable situation imaginable for a relatinship guy--a bigger guy says rude things to your girlfriend. Girls will say they're fine and they understand and didn't want their guy to get hurt, but they're almost always lying. Again, this is a guidepost--it isn't always true there are some girls who honestly don't care but many more do care.

Was he good in bed?

The most classic one. A girl who really likes you will ironically lie to you in exaggerationing how much you pleased her. Conversly, a girl who hates your guts after you kicked her out of your apartment after sex will dramatically downplay your abilities even if she just had multiple orgasms. For me, I don't consider skill level when i'm having sex in relationships since it's more about love. However, for hooking up I kind of take it like the girl is a substitute teacher. they're going to find something wrong because they feel the need to say something, and I work on that, but overall I don't get too worked up about it. I do ask for notes but that's because I come from formely being a huge gaming nerd and I think in terms of completion. Regardless, take the feedback you get about your sexual performance with a grain of salt and accept that what she tells her friends may not be the truth of how it went down.

In conclusion: Fellas, don't hate women just because they also lie like us. Humans lie. However, it's important to remind yourself of this so that you don't get played out there. Knowledge is power, Gentlemen.

I don't know who lies more, but women definitely lie better. I always say I envy how good they are at lying. It amazes me.

1) Yep very true. Most if not every woman will say money isn't that big of a issue, but then they'd also say that they want a guy who "has his shit together". Someone explain to me what the difference is.

2) Yes very true. If a girl drives a long way to see you she probably wants some dick. Plain and simple. I always take that into account. Another one is if y'all aren't really dating but she's grabbing/rubbing your arm/leg.

4) Yeah that's true. Just about every girl wants a guy who isn't a push over. Luckily I don't give a damn how big a guy is. He bleed red blood just like I do. I don't care. My issue would just be what I think is a threat and what I think isn't. That might differ from the girl, which could be problematic.

5) LOL hell yeah. I've never experienced for myself, but I've seen and heard it time and time again. Funny how our dicks when we were fucking them and things were going good were huge but then when things are going bad all of a sudden our size has diminished a lot.

TBH. I hate women that take advantages over guys. I am one would take a night under the stars on a blanket, than going to a five star restaurant, or even to the movies, yes I will admit it would be nice but im more for just cuddling. I believe that a guy doesn't have to spend money on a girl for her to love him, money is just an object that controls humanity and I hate it. I will date for love not on how much he makes. I also am a country girl, I love guns and doing boy things, im a tomboy and if a guy tries hurting me.. I don't need a guy to stand up for me, again it would be nice but I know how to throw a good punch when I need to. With the boyfriend I have now, I try being completely honest with him, I have not lied yet to him. If I do lie to him, hopefully I never have to, but if I do it will because I don't want to hurt him. It's really rare to meet a girl who always does hookups but it's also rare to meet a girl who never does them Most are in the middle. So chances are what she really means is "I don't do hookups anymore" or "I don't do hookups with YOU"

Depending on what stage in their lofe thwy happen to be in, they will decide whether or not they see the guy as being relationship material. If they see the guy as relationship material they are more likely to make him wait for sex. However if the guys hot and exciting but not good for a long term investment then they are more likely to have sex with him right away without expecting anything in return.

I think for guys it's better for her to INITIALLY see you as hookup material and then afterwards want a relationship from you. Which happens pretty often.

That's better than being put in the relationship category right out of the gate. You just end up waiting a month of 2 for the sex 2-5 other guys she got drunk with at a party got on the first date.

It probably does depend on location, but on the grand scale, Id say girls who are 100% consistent and never hookup would make up 30-35% of the female population.

whether he is just a hookup is something i am quite honest with my friends about and even they say the same about certain guys. and i definitely think about men who come from one parent households, mostly cause the majority of guys i have spent time with do come from 'broken homes' as you say and it shows in their behaviour vs guys who came from a married household. Men who grew up with married parents are more caring and prone to being nicer and more open with their emotions. the other type of guy fights his emotions or tries to be devoid of them. But that is a generalisation and just my experience, but those are what i notice and openly say that i do.

the others i do not notice at least not consciously. i take into account if a guy doesn't have money so i dont suggest certain things but that is all and well the defending one doesn't come up at all lol.
if a guy is good in bed, i never think about that much, mostly cause i always think that once a guy is willing to learn and wants to make you cum, it will get better and if you like him you will have patience to wait for it to get better. :)

It is true that people with divorced parents (especially if their parents divorced when they were kids but old enough to understand what is going on) might be a bit depressed or cynical but I do not think most woman would care at all about this.

Because many, many children of broken homes are deeply affected by their experiences. I have been, and the three close friends I have who were children of divorce were also deeply affected by the dissolution of their families. I mean, how can you not be, really?

I'd much rather be single than to live up to anyone's expectations. There's a true blue partner for some people, until then I like myself enough to be selective. If you have to try and strive for your partner's approval, it isn't the real deal. It can be easy to fall into a false relationship, I've done it more than once.

Not really. That's like saying that the death of a loved one is only a big deal if don't handle it correctly. The death of a family is a big deal, period. If you don't think it is, then you're probably dead inside, which, actually, can be a useful adaptation.
