Ever talk to a girl and wonder how she got so stuck up?

The reason why some women act like a princess is because men make them this way.

Now, I'll probably get some hate from the ladies because growing up I've always heard the message " Value Your Vagina" and in this take, I am advising to lower it down a bit.

Take this tattoo for instance, how full of themselves must this person be. Sex is something that is equally enjoyable. Men have much more to offer when it comes to sex (at least in my opinion).

If men stopped pursuing or "chasing" women, women wouldn't be as stuck up as they are now. Men and women are equally horny, so why act hard to get?

Vagina is just as replaceable as penis. So get over yourselves people.

Got a bit of a chuckle from this post! Years ago just after I turned 18 the bar/restaurant that I worked at (and still do today) began teaching me to bartend. This one incident is so vivid in my mind and so fitting for this post:

No. Vagina is not just as replaceable as penis. If you really want to get technical, there is a pervasive value discrepancy between women and men. Note, in the past, the way a man proved his value to society was through occupation and achievement. It proved that he was better off not being another pawn to be thrown away. Since the dawn of humans, the entire premise has been female protection and male sacrifice. Why?

Well, particularly 20,000 years ago, because human population was very, very low. In order to survive, we needed to increase our population. So how? Well, one man can impregnate hundreds, maybe thousands of women in a 9 month period. How many babies can a woman have per 9 months? One. So, naturally, women were much more important. They had to be protected for the human race to continue to exist. Meaning men had to do the dangerous work, because they were more expendable, less of a loss

So, in modern society--let's use the last century as an example--a woman's chastity was upheld to the letter. The man's job continued to be the provider and protector; and the woman's job continued to be the housekeeper and the child bearer. As it had always been. A woman's entire purpose in life was to find a good man and get married and have children. Skip ahead to modern times. Women are slut-shamed, because women who have a lot of sex are not using their eggs efficiently. To use them efficiently, a woman has to be picky and make sure the right sperm gets the right egg

Further, it is still largely men who do the dangerous, gritty jobs. 93% of workplace deaths are male, exactly because of that biological value discrepancy. Women are simply more valuable than men. A woman dying is a travesty, while a man dying is expected, hilarious, or honorable

Now that women can also achieve and have occupations, that adds on extra societal value to females. No. I am not arguing they shouldn't have jobs or achieve. Simply pointing out the entitlement aspect. So, women not only have the natural biological value, but also added value from occupation and achievement. This, I believe, is the origin of such entitlement.

Whereas, males have no value until they prove it.

Pussy is tremendously more valuable than dick. And, the only way a man gets laid is if he *does* chase. Women control sex. They will always control sex until maybe another 20,000 years and our instincts change again. Exactly what are you proposing?

Although, I do think contraception does influence women to be a bit more promiscuous. However, I'm not exactly sure what effect that has. I think it varies person to person; some people are more instinctual, some people are more cognizant. The more cognizant people realize there is significantly less risk, but still register substantial risk, naturally. And still chance of pregna It's a complex mix of genetically influence behaviors and environmental experiences, like pretty much everything. That's why you see the proverbial slut who sleeps with 100 guys a week, even though it's not biologically rational. Categorizing human behavior is difficult, because there's always an exception.

I think it's somewhat the same as with female value. We have 7 billion people on the planet, so population is no longer an issue. But women are still perceived as more valuable.

princess attitude comes from home and her upbringing. If she has been infused with this idea of "your are a princess and only the very best will be good enough and any guy who wants you will have to cross the desert for you" then you can expect a spoiled, entitled little princess.

The mistake many parents make is telling their kid all the time how special and freakign awesome they are. Of course some healthy pep talk is good and necessary, but some take it too far. so the kid actually grows up believing he is some kind of gift to humanity. (hence again, spoiled entitled brat) this goes for men as well, just sayin'

Then you have social conditioning. Many many men have backwards ideas about dating and gender roles. Many also have double standards. on one side they want women to be strong and independent etc, on the other side they better be virgins and cook and clean well. God forbid she is forward and doesn't play games... "oh that one is easy, I don't want easy..." so what the fuck DO men want then?

So what is a girl to do? If she doesn't put up a "fight" or plays hard to get, she gets labelled a Slut. If she plays the lady/princess game, she is full of herself.

So yes, as you say, best would be is just everyone stopped the fucking games and just did what they want and feel like doing. without judgement.

The problem is that women (most) won't make the first move no matter what. All the talk about equal rights, but only when it is convenient or desired by them. I would LOVE if a woman came after me the way I am expected to go after a woman. I once even was determined to only date women that sent me messages online. After 2 months and only 3 replies, 2 of which I was really not interested in, I gave up that project. The fact is, if a man does not want to be alone, he needs to go after the woman. Women really hold all the cards when it comes to sex. it will kinda even out after you have been together a long time. but men are driven to sex constantly. even men like me with lower sex drives have it on our mind all the time. I think the whole issue is about 50/50 on blame. You have girls who get off on guys chasing them, and then you have girls who are extremely pretty, but entirely humble.

My wife is definitely a knock-out in my eyes, and when we go out with friends, and I walk away. I do see guys approach her quite a bit, but she of course just comes finds me if I'm away for too long. To which even though they are giving her quite a bit of attention. She doesn't let it build up her ego, and she's an incredibly secure, loving, and humble woman.

It seems to me, that the idea of the "Princess Syndrome". Applies mainly to girls who are seeking that reassurance, and therefore perpetuating the idea of needing to further act the part to get men. That there just becomes a vicious cycle, and it never truly resolves itself fully.

The blame can put be on many different aspects such as parents, environment, childhood, friends, social-life, and over-all confidence. These things all cause such a thing to occur.

I kind of agree with this. Some people are definitely entitled and treat people like crap.

I feel like the women who are like this, sometimes it's caused by guys. But I think for the most part it starts in childhood. Their parents give them too much and don't teach them the proper values. Then as they get older they grow into this 'self-entitlement'. Because things were always given to them, then they start to feel like these are things they are owed and deserve out of life.

I've never been an entitled princess. I really don't understand how someone can feel so entitled, but maybe that's because I've always had to work for what I wanted out of life. I'd much rather have something that was earned, than have it just given to me.

Some of the guys I have dated had experiences with someone like this. They would pay their gf's rent, buy her nice things, even help her get a car. But she would treat them like crap. I don't know about anyone else, but if someone did those nice things for me, I would be very grateful.

From what I've seen this princess syndrome starts at home... sometimes in their late teens. We all know that family where the pretty daughter and her brother were clearly treated differently. She gets a new car on her 16th, college paid, is never told "no".

But the fact of the matter is, is that I realize that this is not a good thing. The stories that I see about girls and women in general - especially when it comes to weddings ("Bridezillas", anyone?), they can get pretty unnecessarily crazy. This is so frigging false. It starts at home, at a young age, it's all about the upbringing. Commonly a result of children who were pampered at a young age and nobody put them in their place, eg rich spoiled kids.

Upbringing shapes who we become. If a girl was an ugly duckling with a rough childhood, she will most likely forever struggle with her self esteem. On the other hand, a child that grew up thinking she/he was the greatest thing on earth and everyone is below her, she's gonna carry that mentality into adulthood no matter what she looks like.

It has made me more aware of the needs and feelings of others. I am still very particular with who I choose as my partner.
