My friend recently got upset over something and he took his anger out on me when I was just trying to help.
I don't tolerate that kind of shit so here's tips on taking your anger out in a healthy way.
Hit a pillow
Seriously, hitting pillows helps a lot.

Go outside, and scream.
It feels so good sometimes.
Write down all your feelings.
It helps getting them out.
Draw something violent.
I don't know why, I can't even draw but its satisfying.

Cry
Just let it all out. (Even if you're a male)

Vent to someone
I'm sure there's many other ways to release your anger in a healthy way but those are just a few.
It really does help, just don't snap @ the people who're trying to help.
