  I don't know why I can’t respond to my comment but I was going to say most beautiful women are not insecure. Being beautiful helps them be confident. In general more attractive people are more confident.

  It depends on whether or not they know they are beautiful. There are some who appear beautiful just because of their confidence. With the makeup taking off, statistically children are unable to pick the most popular kids from their high school out of a lineup. They're just as beautiful as everyone else. But their confidence makes them more attractive.
