Sore nipples after my boyfriend rubbed and played with them?

My nipples really hurt after my boyfriend rubbed, twisted them and just played with them in general. They are very painful and I can't touch them , they also have a couple little cracks. Is this normal or something I should be worried about?

Sometimes my nipples are really sore but that's only after my partner twists them really, really hard (i end up with bruises on my chest sometimes, from when he squeezes them) so cracking and stuff has never happened to me. I'd ask him to be gentler with you if it hurts afterwards. However, if you're really concerned, the best thing to do is always go and see a doctor about it.
