like from behind a while back i was pushed by this girl, she pushed me quite hard , then proceeded to giggle.
she then asked me " am i horrible?", i replied to her "yes".

she then said "no i'm not"

what does this mean was she bullying or being a bitch?

She could be just a very touchy person so she's touching everybody, or she's just really comfortable around you, or she's into you.
In case you never went to high school, hitting (or shoving) is a good thing.
