This girl thinks she's all that?

So how do you deal with a girl like this? She isn't really mean but you can tell she thinks she is all that. She is always messing with us at work and I want to be able to be on that same level just to bring her back down to earth. I don't want to do this in a hostile way, just a fun playful way. I just want to get my point across that she isn't in charge like she thinks she is. Any tips on how to treat her, things to say, and things not to say?

treat her normally. be friendly and welcoming but when she starts acting like she's in control of everything treat her as you would a normal coworker. dont treat her in any special way. be professional. when she starts acting conceited treat her normally. you can't change people just try not to let them mess with you. hope that made sense good luck

I would just ignore her or tell her that she's really not that big of a deal like she believes she is. Though that's just me.

Well it's a pretty kicked back job. We just work at the gym and I'm the supervisor I have to make rounds throughout the whole gym and she works in the pool. Like I said she isn't mean but you can tell she thinks she is extra special. I just think it's cute and want to playfully put her in her place.

Do you have an example? Like she always pretends like she doesn't know our names and acts like she doesn't know who we are? It's a pretty kicked back job. We just work at our college gym so it's nothing serious.

No not really when I think about mostly just laugh. That's why I'd like to think of something back that would just shock her

She honestly does think she's hot shit. Everyone I have talked to thinks the same thing. Like I said though Id just like to dish it back out and shock her with something fun she wouldn't know how to respond to.
