We went to a festival that day and during the performance of the band playing there I could not resist and back hugged her and gave her kissed on the cheek and did not obect, but maybe she was being nice i dont know.

What do you think? I think she did give me signs of interest but in the way back when I dropped her off she got nervous and weird in the car (from being really talkative/laughing and suggested interest) she went cold all of a sudden and said she had had fun and that I was a fun a guy. She then extended her hand (like a business meeting, so weird to me) and shook my hand and immediately really quickly got out of the car.

I then all of a sudden before she arrived to her door put myself together and out of nowhere got out of the car, called loudly her name "Yamie! Wait a second!" approached to her quickly looked her in the eyes and gave her a kiss on the cheek (I usually go for the lips but i did not have the nerve after that handshake a moment earlier). After I kissed her she went "awww" and then I kissed her hand after (i do not know why, was not thinking, it was weird, I just genuinenly like her), told her to take care and left.

She kept glancing back at me from as I drove away. Do you think she liked at all? Hard to tell?

It's really hard to tell, but I think the fact that she kept looking back at you as you drove away is a really good sign.

As far the handshake goes and being really talkative, I think those are good signs too. I'll give an example why. Two years ago, I worked with someone that I had a major crush on. I didn't feel comfortable asking him for a hug (not sure if he was okay with that then there's the whole work place rules thing. I didn't want to unintentionally break the rules) so I held my hand out for a handshake. It was the safest thing for me to do without crossing the line while still being able to make physical contact. She was probably talkative because she was flustered.

Think of it this way, if she wasn't at least a little interested she wouldn't have even tried to make physical contact with you (the handshake) and she may have subconsciously retreated away from you when you got close to her. She was probably too flustered to think of anything besides the handshake and did it because she wanted to show you she was interested and not leave you hanging. If she left you hanging by not doing anything at all, she might have felt that she had blown her chances with you, so she had to do something.

Hey thanks for taking time to answer, I really appreciate it. Of course your reply is really helpful, thank you. See I also thought she might have been nervous and did not how to react so she gave me a handshake. But what is confusing is that the following week I asked her out and got no reply from her at all :(. Not even a no, I can`t I am busy etc. I get that sometimes girls are busy etc and sometimes they forget, but given our context I kind of feel she had to reply, mostly after the couple of "dates/outgoings" we had. Therefore, her silence the following week by not even replying, combined with the weird sign of the handshake just make me believe that she was not interested.

Oh, and by the way, after that text we have not talked at all, I have not texted her and she has not either. I usually move on quickly, but not with this one, I just want to talk to her again. Should I text her to see how she is doing? even if it just like friends? what do you think? I want to know how she is doing

Thanks for answering. Well that is what I thought too maybe. But then I asked her out again the following week and got no reply at all, nothing. It was the first time that she did not reply a text of mine so I just figured she wanted to be friends only?
