Why do certain girls tell you to add them on kik, yet when you message them they don't reply like what's the point?

Maybe your expectations and hopes are way too high. Perhaps you need to lower them a lot for people who you have only just met, you dont know anything about them, their behaviour, personality or what their life is like so they could be busy, maybe they have a bad internet connection and you dont know where they are from so for all you know their day is your night, so you could only be messaging them once or twice a day.
Most girls would be happy to talk to you but if they slowly start decreasing the amount of texts they send its either because of the reasons listed above, something happened to her or something you did that bothered them.. whether or not you think you did/didnt do something wrong. Never hurts to be upfront with everything, better than being passive-aggressive. Perhaps you can compromise and if she still doesn't get back - move on
