I have been texting this girl for almost 3 weeks. We have been on one date, and she cancelled the other two times. The first time it was because of her health, and the next time it was because she was having a rough week. No big deal, I thought. I have health issues that can sometimes come out of nowhere, and I get having a bad week and just wanting to take time to be by yourself. I mean, I get it. I honestly did get a little suspicious after the second time, but I put it in the back of my mind. Earlier in the week, she suggested going on the date next weekend instead. I thought that was a good idea, but I have to wait until the weekend gets closer to be sure I am free. So, we continued texting this week, and it's usually a text or two a day, and our texts are not just yes-or-no responses back and forth. I mean, honestly, our responses look like a paragraph or two just with all the questions we ask each other and how much it takes to answer the question. So the conversation seemed to be going really well. I knew she had a family thing that she had to go to this weekend, so I knew the responses may be delayed. My last text to her was Friday morning; I didn't get a response at all on Friday, which is no big deal, and no response on Saturday, which is ok because I know she is with her family. She was traveling back Saturday night, which was going to be a late night for her, which is one of the reasons she wanted to move the date since it was supposed to be today. In her last response, which was Thursday night, she actually asked me a few questions, which I responded to in my Friday text, and then asked her some questions. So, right now, and I still have not received a response yet. This was supposed to be our date day, so unless she went out, I would think she should be free.
After three weeks of good conversation back and forth, she suggested moving the date. Assuming she doesn't respond today, why would she just stop? Should I follow up on the date for the weekend?
