Heck yeah. If you are in a seriously sucky situation, then totally man. You use those heels!

But don't like, brutally kill the dude with them. Just do enough damage to run fast enough away. Even use them as projectiles to slow them down.

But, do this only in life-threatening situations or like, rape. Don't just skewer the guy because you're angry at him. Use some logic every now and then.

High heels should be worn with respect, not to trample somebody, high heels represent elegance and feminism, not aggressiveness ... So no... i would use my fists for self defence (like a lady)

Yes they can. There was a girl recently prosecuted for stabbing a guy in the eye with her high heel shoe because he was harrassing her friend.
