I work as a cook at a middle range resturaunt and tonight as i was closing, it was just me and a female server (were both 16-18 and our manager left early) and we usualy flirt with each other friendlylike (my girlfriend, knows and doesn't mind). You got to be critical about this. 1. Don't tell your manager that will just ruin the girls employee reputation just for been horng and inmature.
2. She is nicely offering you sex why not (she want it, you want it). Take the offer just do it outside work, relationships and work don't mix
3. It is amazingly awesome you and your girlfriend have that level of trust. Now, in a proper relationship your girlfriend should be worry and on her toes. But she doesn't seem like that. So she is either testing how faithful you are, she is cheating and doesn't care or conscious don't let her in peace or she honestly is into that open different type of relationship, but she hasn't let you know about it.
But seriously if you are in a serious relationship and care about your partner, don't cheat on her.
