Don't ask about seeming creepy and over text when she's not replying. I think she even agreed that you were acting "a bit" like a stalker! You need to be more laid back. You (honestly) come across to most girls as desperate, potentially a little creepy, and inexperienced (in dating). All generally turn-offs! Don't push for the selfie for finding one another... that's often a bit much to keep pushing one of you then her over and over with no reply. Just say something like "I'll know you when I see you!" - so you might have to ask a few girls sitting alone, but probably not. Don't offer all the options for where you're going to meet, just ask her or tell her where you'd like to meet up and say if that's a problem for you, there are other places with drinks!" or the likes! And for the love of God, if you can't get her name b4 the last sentence and she withholds it or falls asleep (right!) even if she gives you a pseudo-name, you aren't in good shape.
Sadly if she doesn't message you, you deserve better. I would be of the attitude of, she lost her chance and move on my friend. There are plenty of ladies that wouldn't treat you like she's bored just answering simple questions, then stand you up. I promise!
