Oregon country fair toplessness?

Has any girl ever gone topless at the Oregon country fair or similar festivals, and, if so, why did you do it and what did it feel like? Would you do so elsewhere? Would you do it to try to advance female topless rights, or are you in it only for other reasons? I’m specifically talking about non-beach stuff here.
