Guys: Women and farting?

I realize that women fart, we all fart.

I am usually the first one to laugh and joke about it in front of my family or with my friends. However, with my guy, who I've been with for a few months now, I'm really shy about it.

He farts around me, but I hold it in, and I make trips to the bathroom to fart. Tonight, I let one slip. I was trying to hold it in, he made me laugh really hard, and it slipped out XD. I laughed and he laughed.

So where do I go from here? Do I still continue to try and excuse myself to fart or do I just let em go?

lol. When I first started seeing my boyfriend (actually, we weren't even dating yet, we were just friends), I spent the night at his place and we shared a bed. I was just drifting off to sleep, and in my sleep, I farted so loudly that it woke me up. I was mortified because I didn't know if he was awake to have heard it, or if he was asleep already, but I didn't want to say anything and draw attention to it if he did hear. ;(

But seriously, any guy who thinks that women don't fart is disillusioned, and its likely that girls will fart in front of their boyfriends at some point, even if its by accident.

I live with my boyfriend, so there are tons of times when I need to fart when he's around (and since we live in a small apartment, I know that he hears me fart, even when I excuse myself to do it privately). That said, I still try to stay a little classy about the matter. I don't excuse myself to the bathroom every time I need to fart. If I think its going to be a small, quiet fart, I'll do it even if he's around (and occasionally its a bit louder than I expected and he ends up hearing... and usually makes fun of me because he knows I'm embarrassed), but if I feel very gassy, then I'll excuse myself.

There's no one way that you have to approach it. Some couples like being crude in front of each other and laughing about it, others prefer to be very private about it. I prefer to just be polite about it, but to not make a big deal about it if it does happen.

and he has done it once in his sleep ahahahaa...but, idk

he's just not like that..and I kind of like it..in a way..My ex was like too much

about it...its funny if you do it every now and then or on an accident I guess..

but, all the time...that is a turn off.

Just let'em rip, baby. If you can't be yourself around your man, if he can't appreciate a liberated lady such as yourself, then fork him! I myself love to fart and burp, and if ever I was to marry, I'd expect my would-be wife to have the ovaries to fart in my face while I was eating her. If she can't do that, if she can't p*ss or take a dump on me in the shower, then she's not for me. When I love a woman, I love ALL of her.

It runs the gamut. One girl I was dating had such a great ass I would have her spread her cheeks so I could watch her butt hole while she fartted. Other girls...rather not even talk about it. Find your comfort level, and go with it. DON'T WORRY SO MUCH! NO one ever died from a fart.

Its a bit of a big put off, not too feminine at all. But its better than burping.

If its your boyfriend just fart though. That's part of what being in a relationship is about, being comfortable even with each others bad points.

I've been in the same position I must say with girls where it was my first time or two with them. Holding it in forever.

It sounds like you don't need to keep your farts hidden from this guy, but if you feel awkward about it, try to make it quieter or do something cute/goofy in response to it to help lighten the weight you feel from it lingering in the air.
