Why is it very common for short girls to want her man to be a foot taller than her?

I get that girls want their man to be taller than them and girls of average height are ok with dating a guy a few inches taller than them but from what i've seen, short girls want the height difference to be extreme. I'm referring to girls who are like below 5'4 wanting there man to be 6'2+ and won't settle for anything else. Wouldn't that make these women feel like a child in comparison to their man? Also for tall men, would you not be concern at screwing your son over when it comes to height by having children with very short women?

It is one of the hardwired instincts left over from primitive times. Women looked for a mate that was large and strong to protect the children from predators. Men tend to be attracted to certain breasts and ass for primitive reasons as well. The width of the hips show she can carry and birth babies easily, full breasts are a sign she can feed them.

I don't think you understand genetics. If you think I'm wrong look it up. But tall IS dominant over short. Dominant means only one gene is needed to express the phenotype. Key word phenotype. Phenotype means what you see. You could see a man that is 6'9 and he still could carry a short gene. Because the effects of the short gene is masked by the tall gene you would not know until he had children. Additionally because of what was previously mentioned, two tall people can possibly have a short child if they are heterozygous for tall (e. g. Both have Tt). Using the genetics, that would be Tt x Tt = equaling TT, Tt Tt, and tt. Genotypcially speaking that's one homozygous tall, two heterozygous tall, and one homozygous short. Phenotypically speaking that's, 75% of having a tall child, and 25% of having a short child from two heterozygously tall people. Once again, I strongly implore you to learn gentics.

Being 6'3", I've seen this a lot actually and have mostly dated short girls. Some say that it is a biological subconscious feeling that they don't want their potential offspring to be short as it is often seen as being weaker or not as dominant. Height comes from the male side of the genetics, so procreating with a short woman really doesn’t factor into the decision. In my experience large height differences make the bedroom more interesting. Sometimes you need to adjust positions from the typical, also as a man I feel more powerful when with a tiny woman.
