Why do these uni girls keep giving me dirty looks?

I don't know what I've done (I'm pretty sure nothing) but quite a few girls today have just been giving me sort of these dirty looks. It's not so much dirty but more of a unhappy/''I'm not in a good mood'' look. I hold eye contact with them just to make sure I'm not just seeing things, and they hold eye contact with me every time but they don't look so happy when they do it. Funny thing is, I end up giving them a mean look too after they give me one. I should just ignore it but it's just getting to me. Why don't they just stop looking at me instead of giving me a dirty look because it seems as though there's something about me they don't like.

I'm pretty sure that if it really is just them being in a bad mood (which it likely is), then it's not your problem and not something you can do anything about. Just forget it and do your own thing.

maybe they got their period, got in an argument with someone..dont worry

but you know even the slightest thing could be missunderstood depending on the girl, so watch out :)

They all have simultaneous menstruation cycles. Just stear clear for a while anyway.
